Really frustrating experience. I spent more than half an hour trying to set up a single Buy X Get Y discount, and the whole process felt confusing and unnecessarily overly complicated. The interface is messy, the logic is hard to setup, and things didn’t work as expected. What should have been a quick setup turned into a waste of time. Definitely needs major improvements in usability and user experience.
Great customer support! Lots of options to provide multi buy offers and even bundle the products from multiple categories. The app is very reliable unlike many other discount apps out there. Highly recommend to anyone looking to expand basic discount functionality.
