Really frustrating experience. I spent more than half an hour trying to set up a single Buy X Get Y discount, and the whole process felt confusing and unnecessarily overly complicated. The interface is messy, the logic is hard to setup, and things didn’t work as expected. What should have been a quick setup turned into a waste of time. Definitely needs major improvements in usability and user experience.
The app displays the wrong price for individual items on the cart and check out page. Spoke to support about the issue and they blamed Shopify.
It's not working at all. Normally I don't write reviews, but this app is not working at all and is really cryptic too. Tried to get "Buy X for Y$" to work for over 1 hour. Support is not answering. Would not recommend
