Its a very good app with not too many, bulky features. So what you really need as feedback tool you really have in one pocket. The support is very fast and all my matters have been always solved. Even they customized the to0l partly to my needs. So I am very happy with that.

It was great to find an app that could give us the flexibility of product reviews as well as more broad testimonials as our products are small batch and sell out so our customers can't always review the exact product they purchased.
