I am just using the app. However Vishal in the support team was excellent! Really helpful with my queries.

Credens is a really well thought out app. Support are responsive to customers needs also. Previously it had a limitation which mean't I couldn't use it (the review emails were being sent out relative to order placed rather than order fullfillment date), but credens took on board the feedback and actually over delivered with a solution that actually added a lot more useful functionality. Some additional testing was required however as the added components did not work initially. This mean't that the app did not work for several months

Good app.. with lot of in-built features to highlight store. I really like the option of choosing which review i want to and not want to publish.

Great support system from the app! They respond quickly and attend to corresponding issues pretty fast.

Very helpful app and a very helpful Swati at the customer service end. She really helped me a lot with both info and practical stuff.

Great app and great support. There is occasional downtime for our reviews page but other than that we have not had any issues. It's nice that we can have literally all of our reviews displayed at once.

Good product for its price. Responsive support. Reviews are not notified so unless you go to the App to check you will not know. An email notification would be a great enhancement. I would also like to see the ability to random sort reviews automatically.
