Please read this review so I can save you time. This review is written by an actual customer of this app service. Before installing this review app, I wasted a lot of time installing a lot of different ratings apps (not finding this app to begin with). There were days when I thought .... is there going to be a solution. I installed this app. The support team was very responsive and I did not have to wait around for their response. This is a great app and will be sticking with it. I hope this review helps you save time. Chris.

We had some problems in the beginning (navigation on the page where we had testimonials was not working) but the support team solved it within the same day so giving 5* definitely. App si really affordable and easy to use. Thank you !

Very easy to use app. True one click installation, just choose where you want the testimonials to appear and click "install" and it's done. Ideal for websites that sell a single product/service/membership as typical product review apps simply don't cut it for this purpose. The form for customers to submit a testimonial is very professional looking and allows picture upload, which is brilliant. My one suggestion (maybe with higher price tag?) would be a feature that allows you to invite customers to submit a testimonial in return for a discount code or similar reward. Of course, it would be a bit of work for the development team to implement email forwarding and discount integration.. But it will make the app stand out even more from the rest and would justify a higher price tag of maybe $12+/month I haven't got any testimonials yet as I've only had the app for 10 minutes, but I'm really that impressed. So thanks a lot. Looking forward to seeing more apps from you guys. - renforex.com

I had some hiccups initially with this but the service was extremely fast and friendly. I have nothing but good words to say about this as I know for a fact my customers do look at this. While I can't say how many sales this directly contributed to, I can say without a doubt that it has helped lay the foundation of my store by establishing more trust which is what any new store like mine needs. I fully recommend this app. Plus it looks fabulous!
