I needed a way to display reviews on my website and this app did the trick. Since my jewelry is mostly one of a kind, I wanted to be able to just collect reviews all in one place on a reviews page instead of just on the products themselves (since these mostly get archived once they're sold) and this app gave me that capability! I like how it automatically emails buyers after purchase to prompt for a review as well. Most importantly, Afreedi & team are the best and have been SO incredibly helpful and responsive with some small display issues I ran into with my theme. They addressed my issues pretty much immediately and even helped troubleshoot a new theme I was testing out that I hadn't even published yet. Thanks guys! <3

I am very pleased with this app. It is affordable and works as described for collecting testimonials and reviews. It is easy to use and anytime something has not worked as expected I have had awesome customer service that has resolved my issues. The customer service team is very responsive, kind, and knowledgeable.

There are two reasons why I like this app. The first one is that it is easy to use and operates as intended. The second reason is the excellent customer service. You will receive a response to your inquiry in a timely manner and issues are resolved immediately. There are wide selection of apps to choose from on Shopify and no matter the cost the best apps are the ones with superior customer service. Give this app a try, it deserves more than 5 stars.

I decided after much research to install this customer review app as I like the Free Plan to start and saw the positive reviews regarding the customer support. I'll be honest I have not had such great customer service with any other product. A special thanks to Afreedi who serves as an example of how customer service should be done.

Fantastic review app, the standout is the excellent customer service support this app provides. I had issues with clients receiving my review emails and received exceptional customer service from Afreedi a member of the customer service. What was even more satisfying was the fact that he was able to talk though the issue with me to help me clearly understand the issue.

So far so good. I haven't used it much yet but the support team got back to me quickly with my issue and are very helpful.

We've been using this app since December 2017. It has changed much since then, but the main functionality only improved. The lazy loading script helps our website remain lightweight and doesn't impact the loading time much. Our customers love inspecting our review section, there are a lot of photos with interesting designs and setups. The only inconvenience with the plugin comes when you want to view big original photos uploaded by customers. The app uses only 480x480 thumbnail size images. We do a workaround by reuploading customers' images to our 'files' section of Shopify and assigning their URL in each of the reviews manually. Would be nice if this was done automatically.
