I use Evri integration with Etsy and buy thousands of pounds worth of shipping with them every year as they give decently priced tracked shipping internationally that beats royal mails price. But the bulk of my orders come through Shopify and it's such a shame the price they give when using their Shopify integration is way higher than royal mail and higher than if you did a single input of the parcel on the Evri website. Evri is missing out on a chunk or sales here.

Extremely poor, I have had sucess with uploading the orders but the orders imported by the software 9 times out of 10 are more epxensive. I have had orders be quote at £18+ when can get them for £9 on EVRI site. Shocking from parcel2go who run and operate the site

Keep getting errors with trying to buy shipping labels. Dislocates your business when you just want to get on with shipping orders at a reasonable price.

Has anyone successfully used it? Every time I tried to print a shipping label, the page says there is an error without mentioning what exactly the error is.

EVRI are the worst of the worst - no service, no insurance and they simply don't care - a huge example of a rubbish company run by accountants - AVOID EVRI THEY WILL RUIN YOUR REPUTATION

Yep, i tried and tried and tried again, nothing nope, not a chance. gone to click and drop to see if i can move things forward.

Hopeless! Does not synch properly with Shopify. Cannot complete any downloaded orders. Don't have time to input manually so am using Royal Mail Click and Drop. Prices slightly higher, but at least it works and all orders are pulled in and completed in just a couple of clicks. Impossible to get any tech advice, customer service is hopeless. New name (EVRI), but same old rubbish service from Hermes.
