The application is relatively user-friendly, but the real benefit is the great support team. Have a question? Bam! Response in 24 hours - and not just a non-answer putting you into a holding queue. A proper answer to your question.

This app automatically pulls the order data on to a spreadsheet that I could share with my supplier. It would be great if there was an option to choose what information/ cell can be edited so I am able to ensure the information is accurate. Highly recommended

Great support! It's very customizable - you can create a report exactly how you need it. We needed some help getting some fields set up properly and support is very responsive and helpful. This app saves us so much time in order fulfillment.
