The app is now dead and I'm not getting my orders out. Support is slow which is causing major headaches. I guess I need to find another app to do the job.

Very useful plugin backed up be excellent customer support (thanks Jor!). One of the only apps that allows you to export a csv file per order in format that is easy to customise via FTP, Email or both.

This plugin is much simpler that most others and it does exactly what we need to transmit orders to our logistics partner. Support of SFTP is great! Also, I really appreciate that developers added the possibility to export order properties in separate columns in 48 hours, following my request. The plugin is great and the team behind as well. We use it in automated mode to transmit orders to our logistics partner every morning, and it seems robust: it worked every day since we use it. I recommend it.

I tried to contact Exportable twice but they didn't get back to me until the middle of the night both times. Then, they didn't solve my problem either time. The app never worked. As a start-up company with no real tech support, we really count on a quick response. It's frustrating to have to wait when you need a file exported soon and it could be a quick fix on their end.

This is the best app for exporting orders to one distribution centre. Absolutely everything is changeable and flexible and the support team are fantastic. Highly recommended.

After a great deal of time and effort it does the job. However, don't count on any support because there is none. Emailed twice in the last several days. No reply.

I'm moving over to Shopify from Squarespace. After a long search, I'm so glad I've found this app. I'm using it to automatically send my daily orders to a third party fulfilment shipper via emailed CSV file. I can rearrange the columns to suit me, rename them and edit the file name. Make sure you know the exact column headings your fulfilment company's system needs so you can match them up in this app. Spend about 30 mins - 1 hour setting it up and then you can start to download and export test files. I'm still setting up and have been in touch for customer support. Really quick, clear and helpful responses have come every time. Definitely recommend this app.

Had some hiccups getting it setup. Initially support was unavailable, but eventually got in touch with us. We had made an error in the setup, and they were able to find it. Better documentation, and error reporting to us beyond "file failed" would have made this a 5 star app.

Really nice app! Feature request: Unfortunately it will not fit our needs, because it seems that it cannot generate multiple CSVs based on different entries. Example: generate one CSV vor each country. It would also be great if you can select values from all columns via "Extra filters", only the product vendor column is currently supported. There should also be more than one export preset for one CSV - but that's already on the developer's roadmap ("support multiple sources") :) I'm considering to use this app in the future.
