Exportify: Custom Order Export

The app was wonderful until it wasn't. This app has a HARD LIMIT of 1000 orders. We use it to export unfulfilled orders so we can quickly update tracking information. We typically exported 60 days worth of open unfulfilled orders. We run into this issue recently as our store grew bigger. Our exports suddenly stopped working and the support responses were basically - we're exporting too much data. The support responses weren't helpful as they simply repeated the limit to us and worse - it was extremely infrequent at once every 24 hours. This made it very difficult to figure out an alternative strategy. We now manually export the data in short durations over and over again (we have to export 8-9 times to do what we did once before). Here is their response to my first support email. We told them we could no longer use the app and they responded that it was a "slight slowdown". "Sorry about this issue, and thanks for reporting it. There were a few performance issues over Black Friday and Cyber Monday weekend, and your account appears to be one of the affected. However, the performance issues were only slight slowdowns."

This app is excellent!!! And, the Support is quick, efficient, and simply the best!!! I highly recommend this app to all Shopify users !!!

Jeff and Aaron over at Exportify have been awesome and super helpful. They always reply quickly to our inquiries and have been instrumental in helping set up our Order Export Format with our fulfillment center. They are efficient and easy to work with, so if you need a to setup a custom spreadsheet export format these are the guys for the job!

Exportify is the solution if you want to help automate your business. This program is an absolute time/life saver! This app has increased productivity by 10x at least. I have been using Exportify in all my 5 shopify stores. It is really great and usefull app. All orders are exported daily quick and easy. Besides, there is also option for free custom reports, which is great extra feature. The Exportify team is very flexible and gives you full support instantly. Very recomended, 5 stars!

Exportify is my #1 App I use it for 2 big things. I use it to export my orders when I have a huge amount of sales to import the file in the french mail service and have all my orders ready in a minute. I also use it to give my accountant a file with all our orders price, taxes, refunds and discounts. This didn't come as a feature but after a quick email to the exportify team, they modified my export so that it looks just like I want it to look ) So besides it being a great app, they provide great service also :)

Absolute five star app if I have ever seen one! I feel that exporting orders is a simple process, and some of the other order exporters I had tested over complicated the issue (for a Shopify layman). This app is simple and user friendly. Great functionality - it appears as a button when you export orders and allows for emails or straight downloads so you can keep a history of what was exported. Great support - Aaron is a ripper bloke, knowledgeable and professional - great response times and actual communication about what they are actually doing and planing on doing, rather than the old 'we will get get to this issue when we can' trick that most other companies go with. They also offered custom exports at no extra cost (my store has some custom line item properties that other export apps either don't do or over complicate) Aaron and Team, I wish you guys all the best and no doubt yours will be the app to get if you are exporting orders.
