We use Exportify on a daily basis for our company and it saves us so much time. The Exportify team is quick in handling any changes that we need and I could not recommend anything else!

We tried to use this app to create an export for a third party logistics provider. While the requirement was quite specific (and presumably a little more work) the Exportify team said they could do what we needed. That was the end of the good news. Terrible communication, no commitment to a deadline (even though we clearly communicated that (twice at their request), and despite several requests no updates at all. In the end they missed the deadline they had requested requested (with over a month notice of when it was), never told us they were not going to deliver and have not been back in touch since. Find a better app, these guys are not it.
Hi amane heavenly rain, Thanks for your feedback, and sorry we were not the right fit for your particular requirements. As you mentioned, we investigated with you over a few months of correspondence before you installed Exportify. We even had our developers add a new core feature to attempt to meet your needs. Our intention was always to find a solution but in the end, requirements for subtotals of row type are not supported with our custom configurations at present. On August 22nd you installed Exportify. We offer a 15-day free trial during which time we setup custom configs, and it usually takes 1 - 2 business days for basic customizations. Clearly yours took longer, but we tried to meet your requirements up to August 28th, when I explained the problem with the complex subtotal requirements. Since we have been communicating over the past few weeks I am glad to learn you were able to build a solution with a private app. Wishing you all the best with your business. Kind regards, Aaron

Only has the app for a short while but it's already helped solve a really annoying problem we were having with Shopify standard exports. The team built the custom report for us and have been so quick and responsive. Very impressed.

This app is really helpful, which Aaron always provide support as much as they. As long as your report aims to display by order level, they can work it out for you without problem. Customer service is as strong as always, which they provide quick and accurate support without doubt

This app has been huge for our business. Exportify enables us to export our orders to our primary vendor in a very specific format that the vendor needs for their system. The customized export has enabled us to automate one of the most time consuming aspects of our business. The customer support and team behind the app is outstanding.

I used this app to create a customized export for my store that could in turn be used to automate our internal tracking of orders. The functionality of this app is exactly what we needed, especially with the ability to export custom fields that are very important to our sales team. Not only does the app work great, but also Aaron and the Exportify Team have been a huge help in meeting whatever needs we have, always quick to respond and with great customer service. They've got the best support of any app I've used on Shopify, and it's a pleasure working with them!

Fabulous app! We were spending so much time typing our orders into a spreadsheet. We couldn’t find an app that could do everything we wanted as far as exporting our data from the variant app we were using. Exportify kept tweaking our spreadsheet until it was exactly what we wanted.

Simply the best solution, full stop. The Exportify team have worked with us, in a professional, timely and comprehensive manner to deliver -exactly- our requirements to connect our store to our fulfillments partner. The solution works for us on a schedule and has functioned absolutely reliably and flawlessly. When we needed small changes to the format or rules, the team have been there with incredibly rapid and impressive support! Amazing application, used it to export custom field data from our orders. Really useful towards the end of the financial year! Amazing support, both technically and personally, couldn't recommend more.
