Great team, have always been responsive and attentive, a valuable tool for a small business like us.
It's complicated and not cheap, but when you total up the cost of individual plugins and the features others are missing, it becomes clear. For example, whatnot's own plugin doesn't code for brand, but theirs does. They also offer beginner deals and pretty decent customer service.

Worst experience. Signed up for trial. Managed to connect with amazon. Paid $199 fro setup, made appointment for web meeting. But there was no one there and there has been no contact except from Melanie whom said she will get the amazon dept to get back to me. Im still waiting.
Hey there, we’re very sorry for the missed meeting and the frustration it caused. We’ve now been in touch, refunded the full $199 setup fee, and offered to complete the setup free of charge. We hope we can turn this experience around.
So far so good. Had an issue importing size into each listing. They guided me through how to do it step by step, and now we are able to get our cross postings up and running easily.

Customer support is always very helpful. The app has come a long way since i started with them. The integration is perfect. I make way more being able to upload from shopify to other non linked platforms. Thanks everyone!
