We’ve had a great experience with Extend so far. Implementation was easy peasy thanks for their team, and the platform has been simple to manage day to day. It’s been really helpful having all warranty and shipping protection claims centralized in one place, and the data and reporting are clear and easy to digest. Huge shoutout to Deven and the Extend team - they’re incredibly responsive, proactive, and always available when questions come up. We also really appreciate that Extend is constantly iterating and making improvements, which makes it feel like a true partnership rather than a static tool. Overall, it’s been a strong addition to our CX and operations stack. :)
