We've had an amazing experience working with Ankit and the rest of the team in Outlink setting up our new site. They were very understanding to our unique model of booking services and tweaked the code for us countless times until they made everything flow smoothly with our theme. This is probably the best customer service I've received from any app on the Shopify app store.

Absolutely fantastic app. It works great. The support is amazing! I wasn’t able to install the code myself so I had send an email to the support and within one our I received a reply that they had installed it for me! Awesome!

I think this is a great product, which helped me set up the affiliate links very quickly. Also the service is superb. I am using a different theme for my store and cannot find out how to do the integration. The customer service helped me quickly and get it done in a few minutes. I like it!

I tried another app first and could not get a quick response at all. Gave it the benefit of a doubt for a week to see if it would work and I did not have a good experience trying to figure it out and getting any help, so I tried this app. I couldn’t figure out the code part so I wrote them. They got back to me so quickly, got it done, and we’re so nice and helpful. I was able to get started using the app right away and added a product without any hassle unlike the other one I tried.

You can tell a lot about a company when you have a problem with their product. I submitted a service ticket for buttons not showing for international visitors late in the day. The next morning (before business hours) I received an email informing me it was fixed with no action required on my part. This product does exactly what it promises and the service is unbeatable. I highly recommend it!

Great product! Our Shopify neeed external links from the Add to Cart button and Quick Shop button and it was seamless when the Outlink App was added. As others have mentioned, intergrating it to Shopify was a bit tricky but after contacting support, they added it within the same day and it was seamless from then on! Highly recommend. Support is efficient and quick.

Customer support is great for this app. Many themes require custom code for the app to work correctly and their dev team provided end to end support to get us live.

The instructions how to add the snippet to our store didn't seem to work initially, but the customer service was super responsive (even on a Sunday) and took care of everything for us. Works perfectly now and is exactly what we've been looking for! We use it for Affiliate Links :)

I installed the Outlink app to help redirect from an older shopify site to a new shopify site with updated domain. The end result was exactly what I was looking for at a great price. I initially had some trouble adding the snippet, but the app developer quickly responded to my support request and got it working very quickly with no trouble. I would recommend this app to anyone looking to add outbound links to replace their add to cart or buy now buttons.
