Please enable option to add Specific pincodes and states in each country for COD
The free version doesn't even let you use the "1" limit of creating Extra Fee Charges for our Shopify store. Conditional logic is not included in the free version. Even at the time, the free version allowed you to add only 1 fee.
Customer support is awful. I don't recommend this app.
