The team has been extremely helpful in getting this set up, couldn't recommend more. The tool itself is very good, and the team will tailor to be just how you want it. You get as much out of it as you put in, the more granular the detail the better!

The EyefitU team has been very supportive and the tool is working well for our business. We have received no complaints regarding the sizing recommendations provided to our customers and the number of returns due to incorrect sizes has decreased.

WE LOVE THIS APP! It's a huge improvement for your customer experience, our customers love it! Plus it helps us decrease returns! Super easy to use and the customer service is exceptional! Every time I had any questions they were answered & solved within the hour! Highly recommend!

First off, I can say EyeFitU has great customer service. That is really important to our brand when working with apps on Shopify. They have been supportive setting up their app on our site and have been super responsive when we reach out with questions. Our size charts can be a bit hard to understand, often times customers are buying 2 different sizes and seeing which one fits them and returning one or both of the items. We really wanted to simplify sizing as much as possible to reduce the number of these orders and are excited that in just a few short weeks we are already able to see the impact EyeFitU has on the customer's purchasing journey. We are seeing metrics that are in line with what they report on their site. It will be interesting to see the full effect as we gather more data.

The usability of this app is amazing. We worked with the Eyefitu team for a duration of two months, and they couldn't have been more helpful. Great tool for lowering your returns, and increasing your conversion rate. Very much recommended!
