The app is very intuitive and easy to use. Uploading files and managing orders is straightforward, and the setup process is smooth. Customers receive their files instantly via email without any issues, which makes the whole experience seamless. I also really appreciate the ability to track how many times a file has been downloaded and the option to block access if needed. Overall, it’s a reliable and well-designed app.

I am selling my books with my new Shopify online store, and I needed an app that could offer different files, including Epub and audio files. I had a question for the developer and received a reply within 12 hours. The developer was proactive in providing a solution and offered a new file extension for downloading. Also, the app itself is easy to use and I am very grateful for their support! I wholeheartedly recommend EZ!

Some of our customers were interested in learning how to make their own rugs, so we decided to make a quick course on it to sell in our shop. But setting this up as a product wasn’t available natively so we needed an app. We found EZ Digital Downloads and were able to setup the course file linked to our product in Shopify super quickly. Very simple setup!
