Customers receive their files instantly via email without any issues, which makes the whole experience seamless. I also really appreciate the ability to track how many times a file has been downloaded and the option to block access if needed. Overall, it’s a reliable and well-designed app.

I am selling my books with my new Shopify online store, and I needed an app that could offer different files, including Epub and audio files. I had a question for the developer and received a reply within 12 hours. The developer was proactive in providing a solution and offered a new file extension for downloading. Some of our customers were interested in learning how to make their own rugs, so we decided to make a quick course on it to sell in our shop. But setting this up as a product wasn’t available natively so we needed an app. We found EZ Digital Downloads and were able to setup the course file linked to our product in Shopify super quickly.
