Our credit packages are designed for merchants who typically run larger imports, which is why our minimum package starts at 1,000 credits. We previously offered smaller packages, but over time we found that most merchants using our app needed larger imports, and focusing on those use cases allows us to provide better support. This decision wasn’t made out of “greed,” but to ensure we can serve merchants effectively. We sent you an email to see if there’s anything we can do to help get your orders imported.
