Used this app to import all our crowdfunding orders from BackerKit directly into Shopify. Worked well and support from the team was great. The ability to test a few imports (5 records etc) and also "reverse" them is very reassuring. Overall it helped us import our orders into Shopify to help us fulfil and also centralise all our customer records.

This app is exceptional - it requires a really fine understanding of the details, but you should care about that if you're doing something serious like importing orders. Even more importantly, the support is amazing. I worked with multiple people when dealing with a complicated migration and found them to be knowledgeable and willing to help. Huge fan.

I wanted to import my kickstarter orders onto shopify for ease of order management. I liked the fact that I could test upload and delete the files easily to make sure I have correctly imported all the fields. Would definitely recommend. You dont lose credits when you do a test upload. So all in all great!!

Has been more than outstanding, and more than I needed. The app works flawlessly for me to import orders to my store from external sides. Could not be happier with its functionality and reliability. It takes a few tries to get the imports to be correct and match up. But it is smooth sailing from there.

This app has been a life-saver! Ralph was amazing - he helped me fix the issues I had in the configuration and gave me really great screen shots to show me how the import would look in my store. It may look intimidating, but don't give up, Ralph will help you get what you need from the app!

We have used EZ Importer to migrate complex historical order data from Woocommerce to Shopify Plus for a couple of different clients and it has made life so much easier. The built-in data mappings save a ton of time and the support is unparalleled. Highly recommended!

Great for kickstarter orders. Kickstarters exports can be a bit of a pain, but this app makes it fairly easy to move them over. Good support and help docs. This actually should be built into shopify. Seems like a basic feature.

We re-launched a Shopify store and exported/imported over 30k orders from the old to new stores. We did not have 1:1 product mapping but were still able to let customers see their previous orders within their accounts. We had some specific needs around the import (auto-generated emails, QB automation, etc) and Ralph was absolutely amazing in helping us test to ensure our gigantic import went without a hitch. I cannot reiterate how responsive the support team was in helping with our mapping and checking in to be sure that all was good. Highly recommend...

I would give 10 stars if I could! Excellent support, really fast to reply and actually Ralph got in touch even before I did :) He also cut me a great deal on the credit as I had to import a lot. Excellent product and service.
