We used this app to bulk import late addresses from our recent kickstarter. The app works incredibly well! Haven't had any issues and ended up using it for a few other imports - overall a really time saver and the app is well thought through. I can't speak to the customer support because i never had a reason to reach out. I can def recommend this app if you wanna import some orders.

Fantastic app! I used the included 'Shopify to Shopify' template to import data from an old Shopify store, and it worked perfectly. I had to perform some custom mapping in order to import customer data and order data from an old WooCommerce store - but after several test imports and some tweaking, successfully imported Woo, too. Pricing is straightforward and seems like a great value. Thanks for the great app!

Excellent app - makes the task of migrating from another e-commerce platform (Squarespace in our case) to Shopify very straight forward - customer profiles kept intact and Shopify analytics fully populated with historic orders. Ralph is also super responsive with any queries you have. Everything essentially worked perfectly. The app is quite dependent on the quality of data you have - the better quality the data, the better the import!

I used this app to migrate all orders from an old obsolete Shopify POS account, following the introduction of multi-location inventory, to our current Shopify account. Great support team who assisted with all stages in the process; from the data mapping to crisis management when I overlooked the impact of not automatically archiving the imported orders. Very happy with the app and the results from using it. Can't thank Ralph enough for all his help. Do not make the same mistake as myself and overlook the chain of events triggered following the import of these "new" orders if not automatically archiving. Our first attempt at the import of nearly 3,000 orders, started to affect inventory and order management, triggered automated order confirmation emails, product reviews etc. The only issue we had with our second import attempt related to refunded or partially paid orders. As these were not fulfilled and paid, they were not automatically archived following the import.

This app seemed intimidating at first but with the great resources and support from Ralph and the HighLevel team I was able to test and re-test to ensure our entire order history data got uploaded to our new Shopify platform successfully. I was very thankful for the resources and support this team provided. Above and beyond! Highly recommend.

We tried other apps without success, for a migration from magento to shopify. EZ Importer is absolutely the best if you needs right orders value and right reports from analytics. We are in progress for 20k orders migration after a deep test, using documentation and support via email. Recommended

This app has an easy to use interface. Once you get the data mapping set up, it is simple to import orders. One downside was there was no way to pull inventory. Had to do it manually every import. After talking with Ralph, they set up a way to pull inventory automatically when you import orders. Very impressed with the customer service and attention given by Ralph. Highly recommended if you are needing to import orders to your Shopify site.

It's not cheap, even after special pricing for volume, but it's a solid app that does exactly what it advertises. After a few days of cleaning and arranging our data and a couple of quick fixes helped by the solid support, we had no trouble importing ~90k orders into Shopify in about 36 hours. One suggestion: let us input default values for fields directly from mapping, so we don't have to add for example a long column with the same country code in every cell. But still 5* and highly recommended for big order imports.

We were having trouble finding a solution to import the number of customer orders from our old site to our new site - and it is pivotal to our loyalty program. EZ Importer was exactly what we were looking for and solved all of our needs! Data mapping is confusing but the owner Ralph was extremely helpful and walked me through every step of the way. He was so nice and accommodating, even offered to be available if we needed his help over the weekend. He was also extremely responsive to all of my many questions and did specific mapping for our store. Cannot recommend highly enough - great app - did what we needed it to do with amazing support. :)

I had no hesitation to give this app a 5 star rating. The app was intuitive, documentation is well written and we did not experience any bugs from the app. The cost is also fair and reasonable. But what separates this app above the others is the service & support that Ralph provides. Excellent response and a true servant attitude. Thank you Ralph for all your help.

Great app, and great support. Highly recommend. Had some issues with a bit of an outlier bug, and had support help me in no time. I do wish there was a way to preview an example of the order that is going to be imported before you actually import it, but that's really the only thing I would suggest adding. Thanks!

We often have invoices with 100+ items. It can be a real chore to enter these into Shopify. This app makes the task a breeze. We generate our orders in google sheets and export them as CSV files then use this app to import them. As long as you've mapped the columns correctly this works very well. Also the customer support has been quick and great. I'm thrilled this app exists! Thanks Ralph!

This is a very intuitive and easy to use app to import orders from other systems/ sources! Ralph was very helpful and responsive in answering all of our questions and providing additional suggestions and insights. We would definitely use this app again if ever needed and explore other Highview Apps as well due to the positive experience working with Ralph!

We had a huge number of orders to import from a diversity of sources. This could've been a huge headache with lots of opportunities for mistakes, but EZ Importer made quick work of it, and Ralph was *exceptional in his support, even creating the first mapping for us and explaining each step and potential 'gotchas' along the way.
