Has streamlined my package labelling process and has increased efficiency - I don't need to manually type out each label. Highly recommend if you are starting out with using Australia Post as your carrier.

Love that you can save common parcel sizes, there are minimal buttons to press to complete each shipment and monthly plans are affordable once you out grow the free plan. It would be good if each order displayed bigger or you could click into it to see a bigger page but it is easy enough to navigate as is as well. Would highly recommend.

SO easy to use, no training required or stuffing around trying to figure it out... just simply, ready to go! Honestly we've tried many shipping apps and this has been our winner - love it and highly recommend.

This app makes posting orders extremely easy. It flags any orders with address issues, and takes you to the customer record so they can be permanently fixed. I love that it works with Shopify to fulfil the order and automatically provide the tracking number to the customer. My only request for improvement at this time would be in the number of orders that can be done at any one time - currently 48. I do bulk sends every month that are over this number, so having to break them down into batches is mildly frustrating and increases my accounting at EOM. Hoping this will change now that it's a paid app. Apart from that, I love this app.
Hi There, thanks for your review. We pushed an update this morning to allow you to process batches of 120 orders at a time. Give it a try and email us to let us know how you go and we can tweak this. There is a lot of automation going on under the hood so the batch size must have an upper limit but hopefully the new limit should help. What I would also recommend for your particular case would be to apply for an Australia Post charge account. You will be invoiced monthly by Australia Post and you can then pay the bill in one hit rather than having lots of small transactions on your business credit card. This would definitely reduce the number of transactions you need to reconcile in your accounting software.
