* UPDATE* Thankyou Ian for your support in fixing this issue. I have found I can now select 'add packaging' from the packaging drop down menu, which enables entry of a unique parcel size for each package we send. My sanity is restored :) This app has been working well until the start of June. I am unable to use the 'own packaging' option which is problematic as all our parcels require unique measurements and weights as they vary dramatically. I have tried to troubleshoot and AustPost connectivity seems fine. Have sent a message to developer support, hopefully there is a solution or workaround.
really easy to use, only downfall is weight and cubic size
Good as it sounds - only annoying thing is small - I have to scroll laterally complete each label. May be my resolution.

its good, does the job. Would benefit from changing the international labels into A6 though!!!! Then everyone would use your app.
Hi There, This is a limitation on the my post business side as they generate the branded label for us. MyPost business does not support A6 international labels. If you contact Auspost directly and ask them to add support, they may introduce it on their end and then we'd be happy to add support in the app.
It has great functionality, I just wish there was a confirmation button before purchasing the labels.
Hi There, the feedback from our beta testing indicated that after a while most users (especially high volume merchants) found this quite annoying and so we went with removing unnecessary extra clicks. If you do accidentally order labels we have some info on refunding them. Reach out in the app and I can assist.
Coming up with 'Service Unavailable' today when trying to do the orders. Not ideal when in a rush.
Hi There, in the past 3 months we have recorded a total of only 5 minutes of downtime. This is a service availability percentage of over 99.99% which is well above most industry standards. In this case an update to a third party dependancy was causing an issue but the issue was quickly identified and rectified within a couple of minutes. Please bear in mind software is non trivial and from time to time issues may arise but we always aim to resolve them quickly with minimal interuption.

Yeah it goes alright. I just wish it had some more options / flexibility. But pretty good for a free plugin.
Works well, is simple and does as required. No thrills and is free!. Would be nice if I could print direct from order page in Shopify rather than going through app, but really no biggie.
