Billed me for an app i never used or installed. What kind of garbage is this. I want a refund.

Hi Randy, It's not possible for us to install an app or activate the subscription on your store. Only the store owner or a staff account that has permission to manage apps can install/activate app subscriptions. Shopify handles the app's billing and they'll automatically cancel the app subscription as soon as the app is uninstalled from the store. Looking at your account, the app was uninstalled from your store vinceron.com (vinceron.myshopify.com) only yesterday, April 23, 2026, and I've confirmed that the app subscription is now cancelled.
