I love the app, customer service is not great at all, I have not been able to get any response to any of my emails, that I have been sending since Saturday 4, 2026. I am updating my theme in Shopify and been trying to get someone to assist me in adding the widget to my new theme, I do not know where to enter the widget code so I will not lose my production options and variants.

Great app for adding custom options to products, easy to install and configure. Customer support is also responsive and helpful.

Very easy to set up and customize. I can now offer color, size, and engraving options smoothly. Works perfectly on both desktop and mobile.
