Easy, user friendly solution to customizing our small business’ shopping experience.

I love the app, customer service is not great at all, I have not been able to get any response to any of my emails, that I have been sending since Saturday 4, 2026. I am updating my theme in Shopify and been trying to get someone to assist me in adding the widget to my new theme, I do not know where to enter the widget code so I will not lose my production options and variants.

I highly recommend this app, it is easy to use and has been a great tool for my store. Customer service is also super helpful and they reply promptly.

APP didnt work right and now wont issue a refund. Poor Customer service

I needed multiple dropdowns and upload fields for custom products and the app works beautifully on both desktop and mobile. Thank you so much!

Love this app. It lets us include an important product with dozens of options in an orderly fashion. The customisation that it allows us to give our customers is valuable and the app works consistently. Support is also very good:)

App occasionally does not process the added payment cost of variants and doesn't charge the customer accordingly. Additionally, the lack of ability to customize the details around the payment and instead being left with "Additional Price" causes issues with customs for international orders.

Subscribed to trial, found trial has limited features. Purchased plan to find a feature in all other options apps is not in this one. Uninstalled 20 min after and write explaining and asked to not be charged. No one bothered to reply and I was charged.

Do not actually do variants, only does options. They charge you to find this out, you have to upgrade to find out that it doesn't work with no grace period. Cannot recommend misleading title and claims

I love this app but even better is when I had an issue, contacted support, and they helped me fix it within a few hours.

This app is perfect for Variant Customization. Our shop wasnt giving us costomers customization, I sent an email into support and Jay literally got back to me within minutes and fixed it for us and was so helpful!

This app has well exceeded my expectations. It does exactly what I need it to do, and the support is always prompt and so helpful. I'd actually be lost without it. Thank you so much!

The app is "okay" in my opinion. the conditional logic doesn't work all the time. and when my customers upload their images, sometimes it gives them a link in cart that they can click, sometimes it doesnt. also, sometimes it gives me a preview in the shopify admin, sometimes it doesnt. I'd love to give it 5 starts if those items could be fixed. i am still using the app for now until I can find an alternative. its functional, just glitchy.

I do not recommend using it if want your options to have additional cost. Otherwise, it is ok, if your variants all cost the same.
