We recently started using this app for our inventory planning and for reorders. It automates what we previously had to manually prepare in a time-consuming way by analyzing the current inventory and generating order suggestions. The ability to create custom reports allows the app to be optimized for our purposes. The support is also excellent! You get answers and tips on features within a very short time. So absolute recommendation! :)

Inventory planning can be a true pain for any e-commerce brand - you need to be able to optimize the quantity of incoming stock just for cash flow reasons and of course to have the right products in the right quantities in your inventory. We previously tried to handle all this with various tools but after using Virtual Inventory Assistant for a few weeks, we can really start to see the difference. Creating the purchase orders is a breeze and easy task and the app gives you all the tools to better understand your inventory needs. The setup was fast & easy and the support from the developers has been outstanding, starting from the first consultation call. It is hard to see the future without this app - luckily we do not have to be without it!

Fabrikator has been amazing to work with. Prompt support, and a thorough onboarding consultation to graduate us from a tedious google-sheets purchase ordering “system” to a fully predictive and data-driven method with the app. The app is easy to use and support has been eager to assist with any back-end time savers, receptive to app suggestions, and quick to reply to any questions. Reordering stock no longer takes an hour or more and I can be confident my quantities make sense based on actual sales data. Very happy we made the upgrade to our processes

Amazing app. As an apparel store, the SKUs become extremely complicated very quickly. Being out of stock has been a major source of lost revenue for us and you can EASILY justify the cost if it can even reduce 10% of lost revenue from stock outs. On top of that, with the current increasing costs of supply chain, it's even more important to be efficient with your logistics. You can precisely decide what needs to be air'd and what needs to be sea'd.

We are so impressed with the flexibility and range of Fabrikator. It's so helpful to have data that allows us to plan our inventory based on what is already selling well, and to have projections of what the shop may look like based on current sales. I can't wait to see what new features they will implement, and consider this to be one of our essential apps for running the business.

We really love using this app for lowstock alerts! Daily and weekly updates and insights are SO helpful. We enjoy looking at what is selling slow in order to target what to post on social media too. The customer service is more than excellent throughout the onboarding process. Bahadir event sent us a how-to video when we were figuring out the backend. We 100% recommend their service for any business owner who has a good amount of skus!

As one of the early adopters of Virtual Inventory Assistant, we have witnessed the progress this app made in the past couple of months. It still has some features missing but almost every week they add new capabilities and keep us informed about what's coming up next. As one of their first users, we even had a chance to shape some of their features together which was super useful for our team as well. We are using this app mainly for planning our purchase orders and inventory schedules. The app sends daily emails with restock suggestions. We create purchase orders and manage incoming inventory to have a better visibility of our future inventory positions. The new analysis features helped us to figure out dead stock and best sellers at a blink of an eye! As a founder of an apparel brand I tried many apps but none of them came closer to the ease of use and stability of Virtual Inventory Assistant. Thanks a lot team Fabrikator!

I started using the Fabrikator app to better manage my production process. Since we are a very small team managing a lot of aspects of the business at once, it's been really helpful to see all the information we need at one place. The setup was very easy and the interface is really user friendly. Their team was so helpful with the few problems and questions we had. Highly recommended!
