The most helpful team with an excellent knowledge of inventory management. The app itself is super easy to use and it does everything we require to streamline and automate our production processes. We recently had a website tech issue that was nothing to do with the app and they willingly fixed it for us in a matter of minutes. Truly amazing! It is a pleasure to work with them.

Pre order management was never easier. Stock levels reporting gave us a lot of visibility and helped in decision making. The team support is incredibly helpful and responsive.

It's not cheap, but it's outstanding. We were struggling to manage our stock before, and forecasting was incredibly challenging. We always seemed to be behind bringing stock in and couldn't get ahead of the curve. Customers were getting frustrated too. This makes it easy to quickly assess what stock we need to bring in, build purchase orders, and stay ahead of stock outs (the bane of online selling!). We can't thank them enough for how this has helped our growing business.

We recently started using this app for our inventory planning and for reorders. It automates what we previously had to manually prepare in a time-consuming way by analyzing the current inventory and generating order suggestions. The ability to create custom reports allows the app to be optimized for our purposes. The support is also excellent! You get answers and tips on features within a very short time. So absolute recommendation! :)

Inventory planning can be a true pain for any e-commerce brand - you need to be able to optimize the quantity of incoming stock just for cash flow reasons and of course to have the right products in the right quantities in your inventory. We previously tried to handle all this with various tools but after using Virtual Inventory Assistant for a few weeks, we can really start to see the difference. Creating the purchase orders is a breeze and easy task and the app gives you all the tools to better understand your inventory needs. The setup was fast & easy and the support from the developers has been outstanding, starting from the first consultation call. It is hard to see the future without this app - luckily we do not have to be without it!

Amazing app. As an apparel store, the SKUs become extremely complicated very quickly. Being out of stock has been a major source of lost revenue for us and you can EASILY justify the cost if it can even reduce 10% of lost revenue from stock outs. On top of that, with the current increasing costs of supply chain, it's even more important to be efficient with your logistics. You can precisely decide what needs to be air'd and what needs to be sea'd.

This app has changed how we work with inventory and purchasing. I wish I had discovered this app earlier - it's without question the single most valuable extension of Shopify we have implemented so far.

We are so impressed with the flexibility and range of Fabrikator. It's so helpful to have data that allows us to plan our inventory based on what is already selling well, and to have projections of what the shop may look like based on current sales. We really love using this app for lowstock alerts! Daily and weekly updates and insights are SO helpful. We enjoy looking at what is selling slow in order to target what to post on social media too. The customer service is more than excellent throughout the onboarding process. Bahadir event sent us a how-to video when we were figuring out the backend. We 100% recommend their service for any business owner who has a good amount of skus!

It still has some features missing but almost every week they add new capabilities and keep us informed about what's coming up next. As one of their first users, we even had a chance to shape some of their features together which was super useful for our team as well. We are using this app mainly for planning our purchase orders and inventory schedules. The app sends daily emails with restock suggestions. We create purchase orders and manage incoming inventory to have a better visibility of our future inventory positions. The new analysis features helped us to figure out dead stock and best sellers at a blink of an eye! As a founder of an apparel brand I tried many apps but none of them came closer to the ease of use and stability of Virtual Inventory Assistant. Thanks a lot team Fabrikator!
