App does what it's stated to do. Support is very quick and does their best to be helpful. Just understand that Facebook is not a very transparent company, so getting a straight answer about what's happening can be difficult, as there's basically no communication with Facebook. App developer does their best given the difficulty with Facebook. Connecting to Marketplace could be have better instruction, but again it's not the dev's fault.
