The app is super helpful and user friendly. The customer service is an excellent, Rishi did a fantastic job through the google hangouts to set up Facebook and Instragram shop. Prior to this I had struggled with a proper configuration of my shop for social media for 3 months and all was done in less then 2 hours. I would definitely recommend this app to anyone to properly leverage e-commerce in relation with social media.

Support was excellent. I was able to connect our shopify store with our facebook page. Google meet helped greatly in set up process. Would recommend.

Amazing App, amazing people. I got stuck whilst conneting to our facebook page due to an existing data feed. Arpit noticed from their end, contacted me and went through everything to ensure i was proper;ly set up. Excellent.

Awesome support! Great attention to detail. Walked me through the process to ensure my product feed was set up correctly. Also showed me how to manage my products from the backend to ensure only in-stock products show in my Shop. Finally got everything set up & it's free!

This app saves me a ton of time adding orders and marking them as shipped. I no longer have to copy address's and then go back and add tracking! I love it. Ashish is a big help! He walked me thru the process of syncing my inventory between the 2 apps and was very patient with me while I ask all my question. He is a definite asset and a pleasure to work with!

Simple setup and fantastic support - this is what I really like about this app. The initial setup took some bit of understanding but the team was absolutely fantastic providing me a 15-minute session on how to set this up for the business and then actually following up and connecting via WhatsApp to ensure the setup worked perfectly. Above and Beyond with respect to support. Really really good.
