I use this app to help with my Facebook Shop. Helps with the order process. Support is always available and quite helpful. 09/13/21 Today had an order problem. I contacted support, and they took care of the issue and did not stop until it was fixed.

Works 1000x better than the Facebook Shopify app. Customer support has always been great. I installed this so that our Instagram shop would have all of our product images uploaded and it works great. For some reason the native Shopify facebook app only uploads one photo and doesn't format the product description properly...

I was upset that my Facebook shop and Shopify store integration were not working properly. Anand Agarwal from CedCommerce assured me that he would be able to help out and he did a superb job communicating to me each step of the process. Not only was this issue resolved but some issues with my Facebook manager account were discovered and also fixed by Anand Agarwal. He was patient and helpful, which caused me to feel comfortable, and I definitely plan on calling his team again for help in the future. It was a bit confusing at first, but the people at CED Commerce were able to get my Shopify Store to show on FB Marketplace (24 hour process, so I will see it tomorrow). Helpful people that worked patiently with me.

Awesome app. Tried to setup and was walked through the setup at midnight on a Sunday. Super surprised they had someone online. Didn't really need help but it was nice!
