I downloaded the app and didn't know how to proceed until customer service helped me out and was extremely helpful. They walked me through the entire process! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

I had the good fortune to connect with your employee Anand Agarwal and another person today. This is the 3nd time I was trying to connect my non-profit Shopify store to FB Marketplace. I had given up deleted CEDCommerce months ago and recently noticed that business Marketplace seemed to be accepting new accounts again. Anand Agarwal patiently walked me thru the process (over 3 hours) more than once as I'm not a big tech person, to get it working. You are very fortunate to have him as your employee. He is very knowledge about the process that no one could figure out how to do months ago. I am beyond appreciative that marketplace is up Thank you again!

This app shouldn't be on the store. The customer service was not helpful and after 3 days I'm yet to have anything but a new Facebook Page to manage for my business and zero marketplace listings. Then the customer service rep has the guts to ask for a review. That's why there's so many reviews.....They need to offer step by step guides with screenshots and use the same terms to reference the buttons. This whole experience has been painful and I'm one day away from deleting for good.

This was an incredibly helpful and wonderful experience!! Every question and concerned was answered. I was given clear and concise information and instruction on how to set up the marketplace linked to my account. Very smooth and easy process. I feel much more confident about using this app moving forward. Fantastic, patient and kind customer service. I would give over 5 stars if I could!!!

These guys are amazing. App is great. Support is Fast. All around awesome! Highly recommend this if you want to get on Marketplace. After using their eBay / Shopify app I later acquired their Facebook Marketplace integration app. This app was outstanding as well. The team over there is very quick to respond and super helpful. Great co.

I have been trying to connect to FB on my own for months and I did was make my head hurt and my shop was never approved. I took a chance on this app and got a rep who was patient and walked me on the all of the steps.

Very satisfied! Highly recommend this team! I recently signed up with Shopify in the last 60 days. I tried to set up the various sales channels but didn't realize you need to have a good integration partner to help this process go smoothly. Needless to say, my Facebook Commerce shop was not published. I had no idea how to fix it. I had great experience with the CedCommerce team to help with integration to eBay and Walmart. It turns out they are experts with setting up and -working through Facebook set-up as well. I am so pleased with the service! This is the best tech support analyst team that i have worked with and they are a must have partnership! The team helped me to trouble shoot the issues, reconnect a new Facebook page, upload my Shopify inventory to commerce platform, marketplace, and Instagram. Very satisfied and cannot say enough good things about how the CedCommerce team got me up and running!

Great app and even better customer service. If you run into any problems they are easy to contact and quick to find a solution. I have a few of the CEDCommerce apps in use and very happy with each.
