I recently had the pleasure of working with the support team for the Facebook & Instagram Shopping app on Shopify. I must say, I was extremely impressed with the level of patience and comprehensive assistance provided by the team member I worked with. From the moment I reached out for help, I could tell that the support member was dedicated to ensuring that I received the support and guidance I needed to fully utilize the app and its features. They were patient in answering all of my questions and providing detailed explanations for any issues I was experiencing. What I appreciated most about their support was the way they went above and beyond to ensure that I understood everything and was able to successfully implement the app into my business. They even took the time to walk me through the process step-by-step, making sure that I was comfortable with every aspect before moving on to the next. As per usual amazing customer service. I have been using the CED eBay integration app, and I am now trying this integration with Facebook. Looking forward to seeing the results. I will update my review when I have spent more time with the app. But just on customer service alone they get 5 stars

Setting up was difficult. Arpit from Facebook support desk walked me through the process and I am hoping that in 24 hours I will be able to sell on Facebook and Instagam. Regardless of that, he was very helpful and explained every step that we were doing and why it wasn't working for me before. Thanks Arpit!

Absolutely love this app!!! Not only is it free but it's also super easy to navigate, the ease with which the data uploads and can be edited is just awesome! the helpdesk guys are extremely responsive as well which makes the experience perfect.. I would give this app more stars if i could :D

Great customer service they helped me within few minutes to setup my shop. thank you,. Now my Instagram and Facebook shops are both Live. Why won't i recommend? They are just the best when it comes to your Shop.
