Nunca ha fallado en el proceso de facturación y además es muy amigable en su manejo.

El soporte técnico es excelente: responden rápido y siempre intentan ayudar, lo cual es muy valioso en procesos fiscales. El único problema importante que tenemos es con los kits de productos. Vendemos kits que incluyen libros (exentos de IVA) y otros artículos gravados, pero Facturama no permite separar esos conceptos dentro de un mismo kit. Esto nos obliga a facturar todo al 16% y pagar IVA de más innecesariamente. Si Facturama permitiera desglosar kits o manejar IVA mixto dentro de un producto, sería una solución ideal para e-commerce como el nuestro.
