Customer emailed our support saying they placed an order. No notification or anything from Faire. Can't see orders placed in the faire app. No support email to email too. Only can send from app and will respond to account owner (and account owner doesn't manage any of this). I tried looking it up the order on our Shopify and can't find it by their Faire email or order number. This is a scam. They took the money from the customer and we never got the order. and the customer the asking us where the order is and we don't know. NO support email! Pls email [email protected] to resolve this.
sales channel continuously has had problems and has caused us so much stress and delay with wholesale customers and their orders. it has caused our inventory to go out of whack and we have to keep updating it. the sales channel also does not take ANY of the meta tags or information like color, materials and other information into Faire, meaning after it imports your products, you have to search to make sure the correct product is connected, the correct photo and variant photo is connected and then all the information is filled out. It's essentially just having you re-do everything you thought you were doing. it also seems to re-write some of itself, as we've disconnected products, unpublished and or changed information on shopify and or sales channel and it is not reflected in faire, causing a lot of problems. Faire, please get on this and fix it. We used a third party app and were told we needed to switch to this to make everything work well and yet have the same and worst problems.
