Faire: Sell Wholesale

Connecting Faire and Shopify was a pretty easy and seamless experience.

Be very wary of using this app. On the advice of Faire, I installed the Faire: Sell Wholesale app. I then went to Faire, and as instructed, clicked on Import from Shopify. I was told that this would just import the SKUs that were on Shopify, but missing from Faire. Instead it duplicated all 384 listings. Faire's very limited product view does not allow sorting by SKU so I could not easily delete the duplicates. I contacted Faire support and they told me the easiest way to sort out the problem was to delete everything and start again. I followed this advice and it was further disaster. The Shopify titles did not fit on Faire, it removed all the Collections and worst of all if deleted all the sales history. I did not get any Faire order for the next four weeks. This App cost me many hours of additional work and hundreds of pounds in lost orders, so be careful!

Been using faire now for years and without a doubt it's the wholesale channel we needed. Not only do they bring you new business but he customers you already have benefit in many ways by using Faire to place their wholesale orders. We love using this app.

Really simple to integrate, can't wait for the new features (hopefully) coming soon - especially hoping that changes I make to my products on Shopify can be synced over to Faire e.g. new images, descriptions!

So quick to set up and such a smooth integration. As every business owner knows, tracking stock levels can be such a headache — the syncing feature on this app makes it so much easier to stay on top of our inventory.

First review ! ;-) The application is really top-notch, it enabled us to synchronize the references in the blink of an eye and it will save us a lot of time later on, especially as our other applications (invoicing, ERP, shipping) are already connected to Shopify, so it makes for a very fluid system.
