The worst application I have ever used. The support is just as useless. Product variations are only partially published, and support keeps sending irrelevant videos with settings that have absolutely nothing to do with the actual issue. I would never recommend bringing your customers to this platform. You’ll only embarrass yourself, and your customers will end up leaving for competitors with a platform that actually works properly.

We have not been successful in reaching our Faire Account Representative. Despite multiple attempts since April 2026, including emails and trying to connect through live chat, we have not received a response. We have been actively trying to get our Faire account activated, but without support from Faire, we've been unable to move the process forward. We would greatly appreciate assistance in connecting us with the appropriate team so we can resolve this and get our account active again.

Trotz der großen Bemühungen des Supports: - Faire unterstützt mehrfache Shops nicht (unser Fall: Hauptsprache Deutsch, zweite Sprache Englisch, englische Produktbeschreibungen konnten nicht importiert werden). - DMARC/DKIM-Einträge wurden zwar erfolgreich verifiziert, aber nicht authentisiert, womit die gesamte Lösung nicht freigeschaltet werden konnte. - Support: Sehr hilfsbereit, aber teilwiese widersprüchliche (und letztendlich nicht funktionierende) Lösungen angeboten, wegen Sitz in Westküste USA lange Antwortzeiten. Support bezieht sich ausschließlich auf die englischsprachige Version von Faire, kommuniziert aber auf Deutsch.
