Fairing has been pivotal in adding additional layer to understanding our multichannel attribution as well as digging into customer insights: from what products they would like us to develop and sell to what specifically they liked about their product of choice. We increased our post purchase survey response rate dramatically since implementing Fairing. We are not relying on email for this specific purpose anymore, but instead all the questions conveniently sit on the post purchase page. Win for our customers as they get one less email into their inbox, win for us as we get more responses and hence more reliable results.

Big fan of Fairing and their team. They’ve been immensely helpful in helping us scale our instructor channel and measure word of mouth. Our response rate is always over 50% which we were surprised by!

Can't recommend this app enough. It's an affordable way to acquire invaluable information, and the company is constantly working on updates, integrations, insights, and more. We utilize it religiously to see how our post-purchase survey responses change as we modify varying marketing channels.

By far the best post-purchase survey app – from product to support we’ve been super impressed with the team at Fairing. We mainly ask attribution related questions, and have more recently started asking questions to help solve CRO and personalization. Highly recommend their Google Sheets Extension and Klaviyo integration.

An essential tool to scaling your business -- the insights you learn from Fairing are invaluable, and you cannot replace with Google Analytics, Northbeam, or any other attribution tool. The platform keeps getting better and better -- they're adding new features at a rapid rate. The styling of the post-purchase survey is highly customizable for any brand. The team there is excellent and always willing to help.

Fairing has been super helpful to our team as another data point in the elusive attribution triangle. The attribution part was the main reason we started using it but was surprised to find out how beneficial it is for surveying our customers on other questions outside of attribution. Plus, their team is incredibly helpful and provides excellent support. Highly recommend Fairing.

Fantastic tool. Incredibly versatile, but super simple to set up and get valuable insights swiftly. Fairing has quickly become a vital part of our planning - (especially with data-availability becoming so limited on ad platforms!) and the increasing number of integrations makes it easy to act on the insights.

Fairing has been awesome for us so far. We are a two-man company with little to no data analysis experience. Fairing has been outstanding because it allows for us to seamlessly gather important data which leads to actionable decisions, without little to no effort on our end. They recently introduced the google sheet integration which is extremely helpful for exporting the data in an easy to splice format and have a phenomenal customer service/on-boarding team. It's really easy to set-up initially, their pre-filled question bank is outstanding, and it's seemingly very fairly priced for the level of data you get with a turn-key solution. They make themselves very available to assist in ideating on new data to collect, splicing and reviewing the data, and are very open to feedback/new feature releases. New features seem to be released at a relatively quick frequency so I'm excited to see where it goes. I was not paid or incentivized to write this review, I just believe this is a no-brainer app for any small, or large business, looking to understand their customers more, which is increasingly difficult in today's world of privacy settings and DTC space.

Super easy and informative for a How Did You Hear About Us (HDYHAU)! Support and CX is great. We got really great insights about how customers were hearing about us and were able to shift our strategy accordingly.

Incredibly impactful tool! We got started with Fairing just a few months ago and since then we are hooked. Getting instant customer insight is not an issue anymore as the native integration allows a rather high response rate. Many more functions we haven't tested yet but are looking a lot forward to! One of the few companies where the founder/CEO him/herself is accessible and personally supports the merchants.

Been using them for a while. Matt is very responsive and flexible. LOVE that they support Flow so we can automate our responses into a shared Slack channel. Very easy going app to use.

I live on Fairing for my area of marketing. It's great to be able to collect post-purchase survey findings and use them to measure results of more brand marketing related efforts which is traditionally challenging. The CX support is also great and I'm excited to see what features they add to the platform in the coming months. Hoping they improve the data visualization as it's pretty bare bones at the moment.

Fairing has been an amazing resource and my favorite tool to understand the true point of brand discovery for consumers. A simple question of "where did you find us" allows unparalleled insights across the marketing funnel (also allows me to call BS on the last click attribution!). One of my favorite aspects is seeing the omni-channel impacts (via responses like Amazon, Macy's, I heard you on a podcast, etc). It's one of the best tools you can implement and Matt makes the process amazing from start to finish!

All PPS companies collect the same data but a few create the right dashboard and allow marketers to effectively utilize the data for insightful marketing decisions. Fairing does this better than anyone else, and they are constantly looking for ways to innovate (they just created a google sheets plug in which is awesome) making it a no brainer to sign up!
