Fairing has been an amazing resource and my favorite tool to understand the true point of brand discovery for consumers. A simple question of "where did you find us" allows unparalleled insights across the marketing funnel (also allows me to call BS on the last click attribution!). One of my favorite aspects is seeing the omni-channel impacts (via responses like Amazon, Macy's, I heard you on a podcast, etc). It's one of the best tools you can implement and Matt makes the process amazing from start to finish!

All PPS companies collect the same data but a few create the right dashboard and allow marketers to effectively utilize the data for insightful marketing decisions. Fairing does this better than anyone else, and they are constantly looking for ways to innovate (they just created a google sheets plug in which is awesome) making it a no brainer to sign up!

Fairing is the best- we use post purchase surveys to help create our goals and Fairing makes it so simple. Their support bank is super informative, and their team is friendly and always willing to help. They make it super easy to get set up, even if you've never set up reviews before!

Super easy to use and implement, and a seamless experience for customers as well means higher response rates than any surveying we've done before. Absolutely invaluable with it's always-on capability, giving fantastic insights when implemented.

Love Fairing! Been using them for a while and have collected responses to get more info on everything from customer discovery methods, new product interest, and general buying behaviors. We also have responses auto-slack us in a separate channel which is AWESOME for getting live responses from customers!

There really isn't a better solution for attribution on Shopify. Getting customer feedback every day is enormous. That app does everything you need.

Works flawlessly! The team is super helpful, and the app works perfectly. We learned so much from the insights that we got from Enquire that we flipped our ad spend from FB to Google because most customers were learning about us from there. This is by far the best tool for collecting zero-party data from customers - the integrations with Klaviyo and GA are a huge bonus to better use the data as well.

This app is very easy to configure, it blends seamlessly with the style of our website. It's also easy to dive into the data and get great information on how to improve our reach. The very few times I asked for support, they were quick and very helpful! I recommend it!
