I've had a very positive experience with Fancy Product Designer so far. The app offers a lot of flexibility for creating customizable products, especially if you want customers to freely add and move images, text, stickers, and other design elements. The support has also been excellent. Doro has been very patient and helpful in answering my questions, explaining different setup options, and even discussing some custom feature requests with the technical team. I especially appreciate that they take the time to understand specific use cases instead of giving generic answers. For a store selling highly customizable products, that level of support is very valuable. Overall, FPD is a powerful and flexible product designer with a helpful support team. Highly recommended.
