A versatile app for product customisation with a wide range of settings. The helpdesk provides excellent support to get you started and continues to offer guidance as you use the app.
Fancy Product Designer isn't the cheapest option out there, but for anyone selling customized products, it's absolutely worth the investment. The configurator works great and gives our customers exactly the flexibility they need. What really sets this plugin apart is the support team. They don't just answer your questions, they genuinely think along with you and go the extra mile to make things work. We had some small issues with our theme and they fixxed it all. Responsive, helpful, and actually pleasant to deal with. Highly recommended for any Shopif with personalized products!

Hard to contact, many app features not working
Hi, we are sad to see you leave our app, and to hear that you are unhappy with our support. Let me address the topics you mentioned here: We are a small team, so sometimes our response times are a bit longer, but we always take proper care of any request or question that is brought to our attention. We responded to all your messages and even offered an online meeting, which you scheduled but didn't attend. While we do understand that it is frustrating, if certain app features don't work as intended, the note 'hard to contact' feels harsh in this context. Aside from that, there is only one feature in the app that you reported to us as not working as intended. As we informed you, this is a feature still in beta testing, so we are still improving it, which sometimes takes time. With a little patience, we will fix the feature. In the meantime, there are other ways to do what the feature you struggled with does, so we could have worked around it.
Great app with many options, and the support is excellent! We asked them to work on some customizations very specific to our products. This required developing a dedicated interface and display, and they delivered for a reasonable price!
App macht genau das was es soll. Zusätzlich bei Fragen oder Problemen bester Support den man sich vorstellen kann. Flott und nett! Absolute Empfehlung.
We originally decided to try Fancy Product Designer because it was highly recommended by other users, and we’re really glad we did. We’ve had a great experience working with their team. They are professional, patient, and very attentive to details, and whenever we run into questions, we always feel there is someone genuinely willing to help rather than just giving quick replies. A special thank you to Doro — she is incredibly thoughtful and always tries to see things from the customer’s perspective. You can truly feel that she cares and will do her best to find practical solutions. Her support has made our whole process much smoother and far less stressful. We’re sincerely grateful for their professionalism and continuous support. It’s reassuring to work with a team that is not only capable, but also kind and dependable.

Ich bin absolut begeistert von der App Fancy Product Designer! Die Möglichkeiten zur individuellen Produktgestaltung sind extrem vielseitig und lassen sich perfekt an die eigenen Bedürfnisse anpassen. Alles läuft stabil, ist leicht verständlich und macht richtig Spaß in der Anwendung. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Kundensupport – einfach nur spitze! Jede meiner Fragen wurde schnell, freundlich und äußerst kompetent beantwortet. Man merkt sofort, dass hier ein Team dahintersteht, dem Kundenzufriedenheit wirklich am Herzen liegt. Auch bei speziellen Anpassungen wurde mir sofort weitergeholfen, was für mich ein riesiger Pluspunkt ist. Wer nach einer professionellen und zuverlässigen Lösung für die Produktpersonalisierung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Ich kann Fancy Product Designer uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!
Ich nutze den Fancy Product Designer nun schon seit einiger Zeit und bin mit dem Ergebnis zufrieden. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den guten Kundenservice: Bei Fragen oder Problemen habe ich stets schnelle und hilfreiche Unterstützung bekommen, sodass alles zuverlässig gelöst wurde. Insgesamt ein Produkt, das ich gerne weiterempfehle.
You guys are the best so far! Ive stayed up and installed and uninstalled almost 15 different ones lol I hope this works im so tired hahaha. The logic is flawed or long winded on many of the other apps i like this one straight to the point thanks again
The app runs flawlessly – it just works. The support team is outstanding as well; I even received a reply from the chat at 10:30 PM last night. That’s what I call going the extra mile for their customers. Couldn’t be happier with this app!
Ich habe mittlerweile einige Apps getestet aber der Fancy Product Designer hat mit Abstand die umfangreichsten Möglichkeiten. Man kann hiermit wirklich fast jedes Produkt personalisieren. Der Support ist sehr gut und schnell. Und wenn etwas nicht sofort gelöst werden kann, bekommt man zumindest Bescheid, dass es noch etwas dauert. Ich habe das beste für meine Besucher gefunden und werde es jetzt einrichten. Schade finde ich, dass es keine einmalig kaufbare Version gibt. Das ist scheinbar mittlerweile überall so. Trotzdem gebe ich hier alle 5 Sterne. Danke FPD
