Shop Burning Love review for Enorm FAQ Page & Product FAQs

We have two storefronts and can only access one of their FAQ's (through both stores somehow). We need to update the other store's FAQ but haven't been able to because of this. Their customer support is literally nonexistent. We've submitted numerous emails to their help center and have gotten no response at all.
