This is my favorite FAQ app, because: - You can set different FAQs to show/hide for specific Collections, Products, or even based on URL rules. - You can put the FAQs on product pages, a centralized FAQ page, or other blog post or page using the Block. - The answers support HTML rich text (images, bold/italic, hyperlinks, tables, video embeds and more). Very useful if you want to explain something in great detail! - You can group FAQs into segments with subheadings separating them (easier for customers to find the questions). - Auto-generates FAQpage schema fields so that Google can show your FAQs within the search results. - Lots of style customizations: easy to make the FAQs look coherent with your store's design. - Also, the developer is very responsive to feedback and capable of pushing out fixes/improvements extremely quickly!

I've been very happy with this app. Our FAQs look simple, yet professional. I'm not a computer expert and I was able to set it up with a little help from customer service. Highly recommend!
