Fantastic app. It says what it does, and does what it says. Simple to set up, and support is quick and friendly. We had a few questions during set up and Vik answered right away. After installation we had our FAQ up and live within days. The new FAQ was created for AI search support, as well as for customers. Very happy with the product and support.
The app was very easy to setup and use. I tested against 4 other apps and this one has a good balance of simplicity and functionality.
So far i love this app! It does exactly what I need, has lots of customization options, and the support team is quick to respond and helpful!
This app will be really helpful for my team to insert all product FAQs without having to modify or add to the product description. Vic from their customer support was very quick to respond and was able to modify the placement and look of the FAQ so it is where I wanted it and matches the style of my website. Highly recommend!
