Very surprised at how well this integrates. Gives a definite level of professionalism to the site. Templates are great and can be customised also which is fantastic. Been using it for a couple of weeks and very satisfied with it.

Nice to add the whatsapp function for free! The function to change it to my own language is a must have and it does!

Great app! one of the top ones has downloaded on Shopify. It's very well designed, easy to use, and offers enough customization capabilities. I would like to see the possibility to remove the branding, however. Is there are way to do that? or Is this coming soon in a premium option?

very good for free app. Here are my suggestions.. page should be made like popup design. now customer clicks back button to get back to the product page, but and they gets back to previous product page.

Tha app is reaaly awesome, it would be great if you can add more features like the possibility to change the order of FAQ / WA / Contact / Etc. Change de color of the font of the bottom links, a few things extra would be great!

does exactly what it says on the tin, clear and easy to use and whats more its free (and does more than some of the paid for apps out there) have to say this product is incredible and i had a fully operational help centre set up in less than 10 minutes. Happy to help the creators with any further app testing if required as im thoroughly impressed
