Great dropshipping app, that offers such a wide variety of products. I've been using this app for about 6 months now and it has become my go to app. They have been very reliable, shipping quickly and offering good quality products that my customers love.

I am not required by any law to have a sellers permit, but this bullshit ass app wont let you do shit, cant see price, nor push to store without that... so fuck this...

They do have some nice items on the app and the items are easy to integrate into my Shopify store. My only complaint is that the there are a lot of items that have very little stock on hand. It makes me hesitate adding it to my website.

I just had to remove this app from my shopify store. They do not update in real time as promised so you end up selling their products not knowing they are not in stock and have now been discontinued. You still have to pay the shopify fees, and then you have to refund the now angry customer who will now probably never order from my website again. Not good.

I feel like prices are a little high for a drop shipping site. Shipping take longer than what is says on some items

Be careful getting this app, it does not keep proper inventory in your shopify. You will add items that are no longer there. I have had to cancel and refund orders on new customers. You spend more time than anything else curating to find out there is no inventory of that item. I added 10 items to my store, then I clicked on them and they were not in the inventory, when it states there are plenty. I have reached out to support on this and its something they can't fix I guess. Beware, you have been warned. I use the free dawn theme on shopify, not sure if this is my problem (but saw that someone fixed their inventory problem with a paid theme).

The message on my shop which i sent you with the date 2 days before the shipping was Fashingo Dropshipping accepted the request for concellation and you blew me off and tell me I should have called. Now you say you are going to investigate after you had my information and told me it was not your issue. I am so done with your BS and your service. if i could rate you lower then one i would. Buyer Beware I got an order for fashiongo within 2 hours of that order the customer wanted to cancel - so I cancelled it on shopify and also went to fashiongo and cancelled it two days later they shipped it anyway. I told them i cancelled it 2 days prior to shipping when i noticed on their site it now said shipped I contacted them and told them i cancelled it 2 days prior to shipping and asked why they shipped it. I sent them a screenshot from shopify that showed that fashiongo had accepted the cancelation of the order.their only responce after i showed them the cancel order on shopify is that you cannot cancel when shipped though i done this 2 day prior to shipping.This tells me you cannot cancel an order before it ships nor any other time - there are other dropshippers out there that do a good job so I would say avoid this company. I have removed all their products from my site and will use a different dropshipper that is trust worthy to own up to their mistakes

UPDATE: Just today, I changed/upgraded my theme to a premium version (which was already planned) and lo and behold...the products now sync seamlessly. Word of caution to anyone using a free Shopify theme (at least Dawn): you may be missing more features than you realize when it comes to 3rd party integration. Original review: There are problems with the sync process between FG and Shopify. Shopify's Help Center (and forum threads I've read) indicate this is on FashionGo's end. I sent an email to tech support and have not received a response. So far, customer service does not appear to be available. This is our first time trying to use FG, but we can't even get off the ground. When we tried to update the listing on Shopify (example: change product description or tags) they do not stick and get overridden by what is in FG. So this is why it has to be an issue on their end. But without getting a reply from someone, we're stuck.

Please do not install this app if you plan on dropshipping! You will need a resellers permit to DROPSHIP. You will not be able to access anything on the platform unless you have one. Even though resellers permits are supposed to be used if inventory is being held, they want you to upload one to dropship as well. Customer service is trash. This whole app is just a 0/5 stars
