Website is working good and we want live chat option for customer support. And also inventory not updating in realtime and we have so many cancelled orders due to out of stock. easy to work with and love the availability it gives my online clothing store while I am a busy on the go mom! I also love that I am able to order samples so I can model the clothing as well. Sometimes it does get a little frustrating that something you just found only has one item left in stock but that is part of dropshipping. sizes and quantities can only last so long with everyone else is using this service too!

We have done tons of sales through this company as a standard licensed store & another THEY APPROVED as a DBA company. Even though they do not keep up with inventory in their system we still made it work. We open a new store under a DBA and they refuse the license. We have been on the internet selling for 20 years and selling or own manufactured products for over 30. Sad to see some folks do not understand how licensing works. We have deleted them from all 3 stores

I loved the products they had available but within a week of adding them to my store, my best lines of items were suddenly no longer available with no explanations why. I just received an order for another item that is listed as having 345 items available in my store only to have them cancel the order. When I checked the inventory on their app, it has the item listed as no longer available. My quantities obviously weren't updated. I'm very sad because this could have been great but so far it's just causing me headaches.

Definitely loving having Fashion Go dropshipping! I buy from them wholesale all the time but this has been amazing. Sometimes the importing can be a little clunky and duplicate items, but otherwise it's completely changed the game for my online store and I have more sales with this app than my other drop shipping apps combined!

It's great but lock of capability to automatically update availability of sync products to our store. Also, hope they could make all wholesale products for drop shipping and hope they can make dropshipping website easier to maneuver, such as product searching and easy to find vendors; Otherwise, Fashion Go is awesome!

I would gladly offer this app 5 stars, but the feature of removing and adding products is time consuming. Also, even when you select one specific product with several variants, you must make adjustments to each variant. It also indicates that it is unsupported. I hope they can remedy this issue quickly. I've had sales and tested a sale using FashionGo, and everything worked out perfectly. The only issue I have is with the app's functionality.
