All products can't be pushed to shopify account at all. I contacted FashionGo last week, after more than 5 business days, it still doesn't work.

Fashion go is so amazing, I have always wanted them to go dropshipping and here we are. Customer service was very helpful so thankfully for this company.

I am new to FashionGo and very happy so far. I had technical issues and got help asap. Bora not only replied by email but also called. She was patient, understanding, and extremely helpful. So happy to know that FashionGo has that type of support. Thanks, FashionGo and Bora!

I just downloaded the app today and from what I have already experienced I love it. You get clear pictures, clean descriptions, and they even give you an idea of what to set the price at for your products. I am looking forward to seeing how the ordering and shipping will be but not worried about since I have had a good experience so far. This app even allows for me to add products that will bring more diversity to my store.

LOVE the platform! Customer service is amazing and they have a great selection of products with images that I love!!! The process is really simple. I've tried a lot of platforms is this is by far one of my favorites! If you're looking for high-quality clothes (organic, linen, and natural fabrics) you'll find a wide selection here. Couldn't ask for more :)

It's a great start for FashionGo to get into the dropshipping. There's still a lot of things for improvements though. Vendors on FashionGo are mostly only used to the wholesale (B2B) aspects and need to be better trained for dropshipping and B2C concept.

Fashiongo is such a great place to shop for all the latest styles for my online store. I love their drop-shipping capabilities and enjoy using them and selling the products that I sell. Their price points for most items are great, and their diverse list of vendors help make what I do so much easier.

I really love the styles that are on the site, but I have received feedback that my prices are too high compared to other famous sites. I wish the prices were not as high for the single pieces so I can be a little more competitive.

Updated, thanks for the response. AND the return label. Updated review to 4 stars. Should have not taken 2 weeks to fix. In this market I need to spoil my customers when an error is made, as YOU should ensure your customers (us) are quickly taken care of. UPDATED: They sent the customer the wrong color of an item. All the customer wanted was the ITEM THEY ORDERED. It took 4 DAYS for customer service to get back to us. This item should have been replaced. YOU SENT THE WRONG COLOR. I will continue to update my review as service warrants

Okay...Ive been using this app for a couple of weeks. I love the product lines. I haven't had any sales yet because I'm still setting up. I only have one problem with this so far. The uploading and deleting of products is SLOWWWWW! I can't upload more than 10 products at a time and have to refresh multiple times in order for the import list to update. My computer system is updated, every other program and app works fine. This is the only app that has such really low import and push speed times. So slow that it's actually annoying. I had to upload 700 products and it took me almost 3 hours to do so. Not time efficient at all. Please look at your app's speed times and improve them. Everything else is fine and I can't wait to start selling.

I love this app. The selection of styles get better with each use. Integration is easy and a few of the vendors I have use with my brick and mortar store. The customer service is prompt and quick to resolve any issues. However, the participating vendors need to include more information: a size chart and fabric used.

I am very disappointed with fashion go I was really looking forward. However, I kept submitting my sales permit numerous times I kept time support, but there was no help an aid. They just kept telling me to upload it and which I did I am visually impaired and it's very hard and difficult to navigate when you don't know us, how to navigate on a new app either way there was no development or progress. Just beware of the lack of support that you will receive with this app. .

I like the app BUT...it could be better. What I'd like to see changes in are the product descriptions. Don't advertise that all we have to do is select, import and voila, make money. That is not how it is. My business partner and I have spent hours upon hours renaming products, correcting grammatical errors and trying to come up with descriptions without having the actual products in front of us. There are no care instructions nor accurate/consistent product photos with the majority of the products. When I reached out to support, they gave a blanket response "thank you for your suggestions, blah blah blah). That's unacceptable. If we are going to do business together, do it promptly, effectively and with enough concern that you will implement the changes promptly. FashionGo, please do better. Updating yet again: I am currently transitioning to remove Fashion Go from my store as the issues that I expressed via email and telephone has not been resolved. I was really hoping for a better turn-out instead it's only gotten worse. Thanks for nothing FashionGo. We have spent countless hours/days/weeks/months in good faith hoping that you would correct the Product Title & Product Description issues (to name a few) that we've mentioned in our emails. As of now, 3/29/23, not one soul from your support team has reached out to us with any type of updates. I am truly disappointed with the functions and lack of professionalism with FashionGo and DO NOT recommend anyone wasting your precious time with the app.

I have to say, I really do love FGDS. Great vendors, great products, and a great concept. I'm sure you're still working out the kinks (well I hope so), because too many of my orders have been cancelled since December. Over 40% of them. Also, Graphic Tees should have their own catagory, not lumped in with other fashion tops.
