The Fast Bundle support team is very responsive. I was able to get an appointment with the technical support team within just a few days. Jay was extremely helpful, very friendly, and resolved my issue in just a few minutes. I highly recommend Fast Bundle.

Let me tell ya. i just signed up . not knowing how to do anything in this app, i get on the chat with us Icon , not even 2 min' later i get JAZZ on the other line. making me feel like im the only client they have, giving me full 1000% attention. did everything and tought me how they do it so i can do it on my own . JAZZ is so good at this , but other then the design, its the personal attention . very happy client ! thank u JAZZ :)

The support team are incredibly responsive and solved every issue I had while we were chatting online. Both Jazz and Sally jumped in as soon as i reached out as they knew I was onboarding and their support has made this bundle app seamless to use and customise - I'm on a seven day trial but after this level of experience I'm going to subscribe for the full app. The next day I had more cusomising / fine tuning needs and Daisy jumped in and made every little change I asked for until it all looked perfect! The most incredible support team for getting started!

This is my second time using the Fast bundle app. Anytime i have an inquiry, the team is always so prompt to respond. Most importantly, they always have a solution to any problem, including creating custom priced bundles that support my business needs. 10/10 would recommend this app for any business looking to increase their AOV.
