I liked the app at the beginning, but what I really hated was the fact that even under the PAID account, everything is very much segregated. The value just isn’t there unless you’re on the highest of all tiers. Even with a PAID plan, the promotional tools and campaign options feel very restricted with your needs, and support is minimal (unless you upgrade of course) and LONG. It’s disappointing to pay for a service and still receive such low access to features and promotions to be honest, it is very discouraging even talking to the support team when you are informed on more things you lack in your PAID plan. I hope the team can improve fairness across all paid tiers so every customer gets proper value and support - rather than making them feel lesser as a customer because their paid plan isnt the top tier.

I want to thank Russell for helping me out and taking his time trying to solve the issues that i was having with the app. I had found a but that I coudn't prove had happend, he listened without thinking I was trying to take advantage of the support and reached out to the technical team to figure out what happened. I used this app to set up our Christmas gift bundles. The app is easy to use and their youtube tutorials are very helpful. When I had some issues and questions for the set up, Aida from their support team answered my queries very quickly from the live chat. When I published the bundles on our store, I came in with an issue that the "add to cart" button didn't work. This is quite crucial and time urgent, as we wanted to announce the deal today. Russell came in to help straight away from the live chat. He inspected the issue and just made the button working on his end. He then spent more time (30min) to make sure the button works with our theme. Truly amazing! Really enjoy workign to FBP team!
