I had an issue with some custom options I added manually to my site that weren’t working with the bundle, and Russel from the support team fixed it in just a few minutes! He was very efficient and incredibly kind.

Just added the app and in full set up mode. I immediately had a question about product page vs included on product page, and Daisy was very quick to help! I recommend setting up onboarding call immediately, to save time setting up bundles. Daisy also recommended this.

Got a little bit overwhelmed with setting up the bundle the first time, started the chat with the customer service representative and it went so smooth. I got connected with Ian, and everything went as smooth as it can be, he set up the first bundle which I then only need to duplicate what he done to make it work. In the end, he even check on every single bundle and make sure everything works fine. Best one ever, thanks Ian!
